The TC-420 vacuum sealer is a stainless steel vacuum chamber machine designed for sealing vacuum pouches commonly used in the pharmaceutical, food, and electronic industries. It operates without the need for an external compressor. To use, place the vacuum pouch into the chamber with the open edge positioned across the front sealing bar, close the acrylic plastic lid to start the cycle, and the lid will automatically open upon completion. The vacuum time ranges from 10 to 30 seconds. This heavy-duty unit features a durable aluminum steel sealing bar with a sealing length of 17.7 inches and a seal width of 3mm with an electric cutoff; a 6mm seal width is available by special request. The machine includes a Busch vacuum pump and offers optional custom features such as gas flush, sensor control, bi-active sealing, and 220V operation. It is ETL, UL, NSF, CE, and CSA certified and ships via LTL freight only. Warranty information is provided with terms applicable as stated by the manufacturer.
