The TC-420 vacuum sealer is a stainless steel vacuum chamber machine designed for sealing vacuum pouches commonly used in the pharmaceutical, food, and electronic industries. The unit operates without the need for an external compressor, and the vacuum cycle starts by placing the vacuum pouch into the chamber with the open edge positioned across the sealing bar, closing the lid, which automatically opens upon completion of the cycle. Vacuum time ranges from 10 to 30 seconds. The machine features stainless steel construction, a durable aluminum steel sealing bar, and an acrylic plastic lid. It is equipped with a Busch vacuum pump and offers a sealing length of 16.9" by 2 with two seal bar options positioned left and right. The standard seal width is 3mm with electric cut off, and a 6mm seal width is available upon special request. Custom features include gas flush, sensor control, bi-active sealing, and 220V operation.
