Lyon's® Rivet Rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty boltless racking system designed for retail, office, or commercial use, offering access to items from all sides and featuring a durable dove gray powder coat finish. Each add-on section includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made of 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to hold the beams in place, which function as intermediate uprights when combining multiple sections. Starter units use angle posts on the outer corners. The shelving levels consist of 14-gauge double rivet metal beams forming width and depth beams that slide into the keyhole slots, creating a rigid structure with adjustable levels on 1-1/2-inch centers without the need for tools. The kit ships unassembled and can be easily installed without tools; proper anchoring is strongly recommended using the supplied foot plates and wedge anchors to secure the posts to the floor or wall, ensuring the racks are installed plumb and level for safety and stability.
