The Lyon® 2000 series open steel shelving angle post add-on unit is a 3-foot shelving system designed to create additional vertical storage space with high visibility, suitable for warehouse or commercial use. It features open sides and back for light penetration and airflow, with four angle post uprights roll-formed from 14-gauge steel for enhanced strength. The unit includes side and back sway braces made of 12-gauge steel, with a cross brace on the back to prevent lateral sway, providing stability and support. The kit includes five adjustable heavy-duty shelves made from 20-gauge steel, each with a patented box design for added front and rear strength, lapped and welded corners for durability, and four shelf clips that allow tool-free adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. The shelving unit accommodates storage of both light and heavy items, such as tool boxes, aerosols, and safety supplies.
