Lyon's® Rivet Rack Shelving add-on is a medium-duty boltless racking system made for retail, commercial, or office storage needs, featuring a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots designed to hold the shelving beams securely, which are steel double rivet beams also constructed from 14-gauge steel. The double rivet beams, consisting of two width beams coupled with two depth beams per level, provide a rigid and strong assembly by sliding easily into the uprights' keyhole slots, with level spacing adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without the need for tools. The shelving allows access from all sides and is designed for sturdy structural assembly when beams drop into the upright slots. When creating longer rows, T-posts act as intermediate uprights, with angle posts of starter units positioned at the outer corners. The shelving system ships unassembled but assembles easily without tools. It is recommended to anchor all storage racks properly for safety, installing them plumb and level before securing the posts to the floor or wall using included foot plates and wedge anchors.
