Lyon's® rivet rack shelving starter is a boltless, medium-duty racking system designed for retail or commercial use, including offices, providing access from all sides with a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes four 7-foot angle posts made from 14-gauge steel featuring keyhole slots for securing steel beams, which drop into the slots to form a sturdy structure. Each shelving level consists of two width beams and two depth beams made of 14-gauge steel with a double rivet design for added strength and rigidity, sliding easily into the uprights and adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without tools. The rivet rack ships unassembled and assembles easily without tools; it can be used alone or combined with add-on sections to create longer runs. Lyon® recommends properly anchoring all storage racks using foot plates and wedge anchors after ensuring the racks are plumb and level.
