Lyon's® rivet rack shelving starter is a medium-duty boltless racking system designed for retail, commercial, office, or warehouse use, allowing access from all sides. It features angle posts made from 14-gauge steel, with four angle uprights included per starter section; these 7-foot posts have keyhole slots to hold rivet rack beams securely. Double rivet beams, also made from 14-gauge steel, include a double rivet design for added strength and rigidity, sliding easily into the keyhole slots. Each shelving level comprises two width beams and two depth beams, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without tools for easy level spacing changes. The racks ship unassembled but can be quickly assembled without tools, and the starter unit may be used alone or combined with add-on units to create longer storage rows. The durable powder coat finish is available in dove gray. Lyon® recommends properly anchoring all storage racks after installation, ensuring the racks are plumb and level before securing them with foot plates and wedge anchors.
