Lyon's® rivet rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty boltless racking system designed for various storage needs in retail, office, or commercial environments, allowing access to items from all sides with a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes two T-post uprights made from 14-gauge steel, each 7 feet tall and featuring keyhole slots to hold double rivet beams securely. These double rivet beams are also 14-gauge medium-duty steel with a double rivet design for added strength and rigidity, easily sliding into the uprights' slots to form each shelving level, which consists of two width beams coupled with two depth beams. Shelving levels can be adjusted at 1-1/2-inch centers without the need for tools, enabling flexible spacing to match changing storage requirements. The shelving ships unassembled but is designed for easy assembly without tools. Lyon® recommends that racks are installed plumb, level, and properly anchored using shelf foot plates and wedge anchors to securely attach the posts to floors or walls.
