Lyon's® rivet rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless metal racking system suitable for retail, commercial, or office use, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made of 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots designed to hold rivet rack beams securely in place. Double rivet 14-gauge beams are used for each level, consisting of two width beams coupled with two depth beams, creating a rigid and strong assembly that easily slides into the keyhole slots on the uprights. The shelving levels adjust in 1-1/2-inch increments without the need for tools, allowing for flexible spacing as storage needs change. The rivet rack shelving ships unassembled and assembles easily without tools. Proper installation requires anchoring the racks to the floor or wall using foot plates and wedge anchors, with ensuring the racks are plumb and level before anchoring for safety and stability.
