Lyon's® Rivet Rack Shelving Starter is a medium-duty, boltless metal racking system designed for retail, commercial, or office use, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes four 7-foot angle posts made of 14-gauge steel, which serve as corner uprights with keyhole slots to hold beams in place. The shelving levels are constructed using 14-gauge double rivet beams that enhance rigidity and strength, with each level comprising two width beams and two depth beams that adjust on 1-1/2-inch centers. The beams slide easily into the angle posts without the need for tools, allowing quick and flexible level spacing changes. This starter rack ships unassembled and can be used individually or combined with add-on sections to form longer storage runs. Lyon® recommends properly anchoring all racks using rivet rack shelving foot plates and wedge anchors, ensuring racks are installed plumb and level before securing to floors or walls. The shelving system is designed for stability, strength, and ease of assembly, making it suitable for various storage environments. The product includes a warranty covering manufacturer defects, with terms specified by Lyon®.
