Lyon's® rivet rack shelving starter is a medium-duty, boltless racking system designed for retail, commercial, or office storage needs, offering access to items from all sides and a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes four 7-foot angle uprights made of 14-gauge steel, featuring keyhole slots to hold the rivet rack beams securely; angle posts are positioned on all four corners for a free-standing rack or on the outermost corners when connecting add-on units. The shelving levels consist of double rivet 14-gauge medium-duty steel beams, with two width beams and two depth beams per level, providing rigid assembly and added strength; these beams easily slide into the keyhole slots and adjust in 1-1/2-inch increments without the need for tools. The rivet rack ships unassembled and can be used alone or combined with other add-on sections to create extended storage runs. Proper installation requires the rack to be plumb and level before anchoring to the floor or wall using rivet rack shelving foot plates and wedge anchors.
