Lyon's® Rivet Rack Shelving add-on is a medium-duty boltless metal racking system designed for retail, commercial, and office storage needs, featuring a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to hold the rivet rack beams securely. These T-posts serve as intermediate uprights for combining multiple shelving sections, with angle posts of the starter units positioned at the outermost corners. The system utilizes 14-gauge double rivet beams that slide into the T-post slots and consist of two width beams coupled with two depth beams per level, allowing for tool-free assembly and easy adjustment on 1-1/2-inch centers. The shelving ships unassembled and is easy to install without tools; however, it is strongly recommended to properly anchor the racks using foot plates and wedge anchors to ensure the structure is plumb, level, and securely fastened to the floor or wall.
