Lyon's® rivet rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless metal racking system designed for retail or commercial use, offering access to items from all sides with a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made of 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to hold rivet rack beams, which are used as intermediate uprights when combining sections. For longer rows, angle posts should be placed on the outermost corners. The system features 14-gauge double rivet medium-duty beams that slide easily into the upright slots, each level consisting of two width beams and two depth beams adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers, allowing tool-free installation and level spacing adjustment. The shelving ships unassembled and assembles easily without tools. Lyon® strongly recommends proper anchoring of all racks using rivet rack foot plates and wedge anchors to secure posts to the floor once the racks are plumb and level.
