The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing versatile storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts, providing structural stability and eliminating back and side sway. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking. Assembly is easy and tool-free with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four-side access, and the shelving system can be expanded by joining units, offering more stability with less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support for heavy-duty storage needs.
