The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments to accommodate various heights, widths, and depths. The shelving unit is easy to assemble without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components and a double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and expansion is facilitated by joining add-on units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking that provides a cost-effective solid surface.
