Cluster box units (CBU's) manufactured by Salsbury Industries provide USPS access and a secure means of receiving mail and packages, suitable for commercial use or residential applications such as housing developments, apartments, or townhouses. The 3300 series is a USPS accessible CBU that includes a matching pedestal and is constructed of heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel for durability. Salsbury Industries is officially licensed and authorized by the U.S. Postal Service to manufacture cluster box units (license # 1CDSEQ-08-B-0026) and produces these units according to USPS "F" specifications. The units are accessed from the front through two easy-opening master door panels and are available with "A" size doors measuring 12-3/4" W x 3-1/8" H, "B" size doors measuring 12-3/4" W x 4-7/8" H, and "C" size doors measuring 12-3/4" W x 6-3/4" H. Each door includes a heavy-duty 5 pin cylinder cam lock with a dust and rain shield, accompanied by three keys. One compartment is designated for "Outgoing Mail," featuring a weather protection flap and an 11-3/4" W x 3/4" H mail slot. The units also include a carrier access door equipped with a USPS-installed master lock, and can include one, two, or four fully integrated parcel lockers available in small (12" W x 10" H) and medium (12" W x 13-1/2" H) sizes.
