The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The wire decking offers ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout racks for improved fire safety.
