The SC Preferred™ 7 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments and an open design allowing four side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking permits ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout racks easily, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
