The SC Preferred™ 7 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, providing four side access for maximum flexibility. The unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow through racks to improve fire safety and reduce insurance premiums.
