300lb galvanized iron 45° elbows are designed to change flow direction with a smoother transition in threaded piping systems requiring higher pressure ratings. These fittings have a heavier, more robust design than standard 150lb fittings, providing added strength for demanding applications while reducing turbulence compared to 90° fittings. They are hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A153, offering strong corrosion resistance for extended service life in harsh environments. Each fitting includes full lot traceability, with material test reports available upon request.
