The Merit Brass 250 lb Lead Free Fitting 1/4" 90 Degree Elbow NPT Female is designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). These red brass fittings feature pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G. and comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fittings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and the material’s relative softness allows for easy installation and ensures a tight seal. Primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these brass fittings are also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
