The new Explorer™ EXR series offers an intuitive interface, outstanding weighing performance, and an environmentally friendly design, establishing a groundbreaking standard for laboratory operations. It is NTEP certified and supports applications including basic weighing, parts counting, check counting, percent weighing, check weighing, dynamic weighing, totalization, formulation, differential, density determination, and peak hold. The device features a 7-inch TFT 16.7M color touch screen with a glass overlay. Operation is powered by an AC adapter with an input of 100-240 VAC 0.5A 50-60 Hz and an output of 12 VDC 1.5A. Communication options include USB host (Type A) x 2, USB device (Type C) x 1, Ethernet (RJ45) x 1, and RS232 x 1, with optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongle connectivity. Construction consists of a metal housing, SST 316 weighing pan, anti-static glass draftshield, two touchless sensors, and terminal status lights. Design features include time synchronization via NTP, support for HID connection to a computer without drivers, four-level user management, and an internal system log capacity of 100,000 entries with 1000 application sample libraries. Calibration is automatic through Autocal™ technology.
