Striking the ideal balance between inventive features and functional, uncomplicated weighing capabilities, the Ohaus Adventurer incorporates all of the applications necessary for routine weighing and measurement activities. It features a 4.3" (109 mm) full-color VGA graphic touchscreen with user-controlled brightness, external calibration, and operates using an AC adapter (included). The kit includes two USB ports, RS232 communication, USB host, and USB device interfaces with GLP/GMP data output and a real-time clock. The construction consists of a metal base, ABS top housing, stainless steel pan, and a glass draftshield with two-piece top mounted side doors and sliding top door for 1 mg models only, along with an illuminated up-front level indicator, weigh below hook, security bracket, calibration lock, and full housing in-use cover. Design features include selectable environmental filters, auto tare, user selectable span calibration points, software lockout and reset menu, user selectable communication settings and data print options, user definable project and user IDs, and support for up to nine operating languages. Applications supported by this balance include weighing, parts counting, percent weighing, check weighing, dynamic weighing, formulation, density determination, totalization, display hold, and batch printing. The Ohaus Adventurer also provides three-level user management to fulfill GLP/GMP compliance capabilities.
