The OHAUS® Adventurer™ balance offers a comprehensive solution for routine weighing and measurement tasks, featuring applications such as weighing, parts counting, percent weighing, check weighing, animal/dynamic weighing, totalization/statistics, formulation, density determination, and display hold. It is equipped with a 4.3" (109 mm) full-color VGA graphic touchscreen with user-controlled brightness, and operates via an AC adapter included in the package. Communication options include RS232, USB host, and USB device ports, with GLP/GMP data output supported alongside a real-time clock. The balance’s construction comprises a metal base, ABS top housing, stainless steel pan, and a glass draftshield with two-piece top mounted side doors and a sliding top door, complemented by an illuminated up-front level indicator, integral weigh below hook, security bracket, calibration lock, and a full housing in-use cover. Design features include selectable environmental filters, auto tare, user-selectable span calibration points, software lockout and reset menu, customizable communication settings and data print options, user definable project and user IDs, and support for up to 9 operating languages. Calibration is automatic via Autocal™.
