The New Age Industrial 54634R is a high-capacity, mobile order picking platform designed for Raymond Man-Up order pickers, constructed from all-welded, high-tensile aluminum for a lightweight, rust-resistant, and durable solution that reduces battery strain. It features an anti-tip bracket with a replaceable oak clamp block for a secure lift connection and shelves pitched at a 4° angle with aluminum Amplimesh sides to secure products during transit. The platform includes a tool-free, quick-change shelving system for rapid reconfiguration to accommodate various product sizes, and is equipped with heavy-duty plate-type casters for reliable facility movement. It is precisely matched to Raymond deck heights to eliminate trip hazards. The platform includes one sliding shelf (left to right), two fixed welded shelves, and four removable shelves adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, all solid style. Casters consist of two New Age Industrial C462 plate-type platform swivel casters with brake, 5" diameter, 2" wide face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, 800 lbs weight capacity each, blue and tan, and two New Age Industrial C463 plate-type platform rigid casters with the same dimensions and capacity. The 54634R combines American-made durability with operator-focused safety to improve picking efficiency.
