The New Age Industrial 99664R is a high-capacity, heavy-duty "man-up" order picker platform precision-engineered for Raymond lifts, designed for high-volume vertical distribution. It has a total capacity of 2,000 lbs. with 250 lbs. per shelf and dimensions of 40"W x 76"H x 48"L. The platform features an anti-tip bracket with a replaceable oak clamp block for a secure connection to the lift, while shelves are pitched at a 4° angle with durable aluminum Amplimesh sides to ensure product security during transit. It includes two reinforced, tool-free adjustable shelves for rapid adaptation to changing load requirements; the top and middle shelves are quick-change removable and interchangeable, and the bottom shelf is fully welded with a solid style and non-slip grip tape. The casters include two New Age Industrial C518 plate type platform rigid casters, 6" diameter, 2"W face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, weight capacity 700 lbs each, and two New Age Industrial C511 swivel plate type platform casters with brake, also 6" diameter, 2"W face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, 700 lbs capacity each, in blue and tan.
