The New Age Industrial 98852T is a heavy-duty "man-up" order picker platform precision-engineered for Toyota lifts, designed to streamline vertical distribution by providing a secure, stable workspace that enhances operator efficiency while minimizing battery strain. The cage measures 40"W x 88"H x 48"L and includes safety and containment features such as a back stop, integrated handle, and an anti-tip bracket with a replaceable oak clamp block for a secure, locked connection. It has three adjustable, tool-free shelves that can be repositioned on 4" centers; the shelves are pitched at a 4° backward angle to ensure optimal product retention during transit. The top and middle shelves are adjustable, modular, removable, and interchangeable with solid shelf style, while the bottom shelf is fully welded, solid, and equipped with non-slip grip tape. Constructed from high-tensile, primary-grade aluminum, the platform offers superior strength and rust resistance. The casters include two New Age Industrial C518 plate-type rigid platform casters with a 6" diameter, 2" wide face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, and 700 lbs weight capacity per caster in blue and tan, as well as two New Age Industrial C511 plate-type swivel platform casters with brakes, also 6" diameter, 2" wide face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, and 700 lbs weight capacity per caster in blue and tan.
