The New Age Industrial 99418C is a heavy-duty, "man-up" order picker platform precision-engineered for Crown and Clark lifts, designed for high-volume distribution and fulfillment to provide a stable, secure workspace that maximizes operator efficiency while minimizing battery strain. The platform measures 40"W x 89"H x 52"L and includes safety and containment features such as a back stop, integrated handle, and an anti-tip bracket with a replaceable oak clamp block for a secure, locked connection to the lift. It offers versatility with two solid, reinforced shelves that adjust on 4" centers using tool-free thumb screws, allowing rapid customization for varying product sizes. The platform is constructed from high-tensile, all-welded aluminum, ensuring long-term rust resistance and strength. The top and middle shelves are adjustable, removable, and interchangeable solid shelves, while the bottom shelf is fully welded solid with non-slip grip tape. It is equipped with four casters: two New Age Industrial C518 plate type platform rigid casters, each 6" diameter, 2" wide face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, with a weight capacity of 700 lbs per caster in blue and tan, and two New Age Industrial C511 plate type platform swivel casters with brake, also 6" diameter, 2" wide face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, weight capacity 700 lbs per caster, in blue and tan.
