The New Age Industrial 54634RESD is a high-capacity order picking platform precision-engineered for Raymond man-up order pickers and designed for environments requiring electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. Constructed from high-tensile, all-welded aluminum, the platform provides a durable and lightweight solution that protects sensitive electronic components while reducing lift battery strain. It features static-dissipative UHMW shelving surfaces and specialized casters that create a reliable, grounded path for electrostatic charges. The kit includes a tool-free, quick-change shelving system for rapid reconfiguration to accommodate varying product sizes, an anti-tip bracket, and a replaceable oak clamp block for secure lift connection. Shelves have a 4° backward pitch and Amplimesh sides to secure products, with a configuration of one sliding shelf (left to right), two fixed welded shelves, and four removable shelves adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, all with solid shelf style. The casters include two New Age Industrial C668 plate-type platform static dissipative rigid casters, each 5" in diameter with a 2" wide face, and two C667 plate-type platform static dissipative swivel casters with brakes, also 5" in diameter with a 2" wide face.
