The Defender™ 3000 washdown bench scales are designed for general weighing, simple counting, and checkweighing applications in damp environments or where washdown cleaning is required. The kit includes a 304-grade stainless steel platform and frame, an IP66 stainless steel indicator with tactile keys, and a multicolor backlit 7-segment LCD display. Operation is supported by either an internal power supply with a power cord or a standard rechargeable battery, both included. Communication options feature standard RS232 connectivity with optional USB device or Ethernet interfaces. The construction includes a stainless steel IP66 indicator, an IP67 load cell, and non-slip adjustable rubber feet, with design features such as 150% overload protection. The scales are NTEP certified and Measurement Canada approved. The product is backed by a warranty covering its specified operational terms.
