The New Age Industrial 99418T is a heavy-duty, "man-up" order picker platform precision-engineered for Toyota lifts, designed for high-volume "put or pick" tasks by providing a stable, secure workspace that maximizes operator efficiency while minimizing battery strain. The platform measures 40"W x 88"H x 48"L and includes a back stop, integrated handle, and an anti-tip bracket with a replaceable oak clamp block to ensure a secure, locked connection to Toyota lifts. It features two solid, reinforced shelves adjustable on 4" centers with tool-free thumb screws for rapid customization to accommodate varying product sizes. Constructed from high-tensile, all-welded aluminum, the platform offers long-term rust resistance and strength. Shelf types include a top adjustable (modular), removable and interchangeable shelf, a middle adjustable (modular), removable and interchangeable shelf, and a fully welded bottom shelf; all shelves are solid, with the bottom shelf incorporating non-slip grip tape. The unit comes equipped with two New Age Industrial C518 plate type rigid platform casters, each 6" diameter with a 2" wide face, polyolefin hub, polyurethane tread, and 700 lb weight capacity per caster, and two New Age Industrial C511 plate type swivel platform casters with brake, also 6" diameter and 2" wide face with polyolefin hub and polyurethane tread rated to 700 lbs each, both casters in blue and tan. The platform is compatible with New Age Industrial casters model C511 (6" swivel platform plate type with brake), model C518 (6" rigid platform plate type), anti-slip tape model 0378, order picker shelf model 99418S30, lock washer model 0410, hex bolt model 0408, oak clamp block/wooden gripper block model 0407, anti-tip bracket model 46009, and ware strips/safety retaining tabs model 60513.
