The 4,000lb capacity walkie tugger is designed to eliminate operator strain caused by manually pulling carts over long distances, featuring variable travel for both forward and reverse directions. It includes both a frame grab and a standard pin connection, with a 180-degree articulating tow arm that can be locked out using a drift pin for improved control as needed. The unit is equipped with a 24 volt DC drive motor and controller, electronic motor braking that provides stopping force when not under power, and an ergonomic handle with three adjustable positions, a safety reversing switch, and a horn. It utilizes a T40 easy exchange lithium battery system, housing a 24V 20Ah battery that fits into an on-board dock along with an external 110V 10A charger. Additional features include a battery discharge indicator, an emergency power disconnect, and a key switch. The tow arm tool height is adjustable between 6-1/2" to 12", with drive tires measuring 9-13/16" and casters measuring 3".
