The TMI Screen-Pro™ Roll-Up Bug Door insect barrier is designed to enhance employee comfort and productivity by allowing light penetration while effectively keeping out insects. This all-season warehouse and dock door features modular, interchangeable door panels for increased energy efficiency and a more pleasant work environment. Constructed from 22 oz PVC coated vinyl, the door effectively blocks cold and heat, while the safety blue panels help minimize wind, dust, and noise intrusion, and deter trespassers. A 60 ml clear PVC vision panel provides improved visibility and light penetration. The door operates within a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track and is reinforced with aluminum wind stiffeners for added durability. A bottom breakaway bar is included to allow the door to detach from the tracks in the event of an impact, preventing damage. Installation is straightforward with in-jamb mounting, and the door is operated via a heavy-duty spring-loaded lift mechanism, enabling easy manual operation similar to a window shade. The installation requires 4" of space on each side of the jamb and 9" above, with a minimum jamb depth of 8".
