The TMI Screen-Pro™ Roll-Up Bug Door insect barrier enhances employee comfort and productivity while allowing for light penetration, making it an ideal all-season warehouse and dock door. This innovative design features modular, interchangeable door panels that promote energy savings and create a more comfortable work environment. The door is constructed from 22 oz PVC coated vinyl, which effectively keeps cold and heat out of the facility. Safety blue door panels assist in keeping wind, dust, and noise at bay, while also helping to deter trespassers. A 60 ml clear PVC vision panel is included for improved visibility and light access. Each door operates within a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track and is fortified by aluminum wind stiffeners for additional protection. It features a bottom breakaway bar that allows the door to disengage from the tracks upon impact, thereby preventing damage. Installation is straightforward as the door mounts in-jamb and is powered by a motorized lift using a 115V 1-phase in-tube electric motor, capable of moving at a speed of up to 14 inches per second, with a cycle rate of 8 to 10 cycles per hour. Note that in-jamb mounted doors require 4" of space on each side of the jamb and 9" of space above the jamb, and necessitate a minimum jamb depth of 8".
