TMI Screen-Pro™ Roll-Up Bug Door insect barrier improves employee comfort and productivity while providing light penetration. This all-season warehouse and dock door features an innovative design with modular, interchangeable door panels that enhance energy savings and create a comfortable work environment. The door is made from 22 oz PVC coated vinyl, effectively keeping cold and heat out of the facility, while safety blue door panels help block wind, dust, and noise, also deterring trespassers. A 60 ml clear PVC vision panel enhances visibility and light penetration. Each door operates within a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track and includes aluminum wind stiffeners for added protection. The bottom breakaway bar allows the door to release from the tracks when struck, preventing damage to the screen. The door easily installs in-jamb and is operated with a heavy-duty spring-loaded lift mechanism, enabling manual operation similar to a window shade. Note that in-jamb mounted doors occupy 4" of space on each side of the jamb and 9" of space on the top, requiring a minimum jamb depth of 8".
