The TMI Screen-Pro™ Roll-Up Bug Door is designed to enhance employee comfort and productivity while allowing light penetration, making it an ideal all-season solution for warehouses and dock areas. This insect barrier features modular and interchangeable door panels made from 22 oz PVC coated vinyl, which effectively keeps cold and heat out of the facility. The safety blue panels provide protection against wind, dust, and noise, while also deterring potential trespassers. A 60 ml clear PVC vision panel enhances visibility and light entry. Each door operates within a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track and is reinforced with aluminum wind stiffeners for added durability. The bottom breakaway bar allows for quick release from the tracks upon impact to prevent damage. Installation is straightforward with in-jamb mounting, requiring 4" of space on either side and 9" above the top of the jamb, with a minimum jamb depth of 8". The door is powered by a motorized lift that utilizes a 115V 1-phase in-tube electric motor, capable of operating at speeds up to 14" per second and rated for 8 to 10 cycles per hour.
