The TMI Screen-Pro™ Roll-Up Bug Door is designed to enhance employee comfort and productivity while allowing for light penetration, making it an ideal all-season solution for warehouses and docks. This insect barrier features modular, interchangeable door panels crafted from 22 oz PVC coated vinyl that effectively keeps cold and heat out of the facility. The safety blue panels not only block wind, dust, and noise but also help deter trespassers. A 60 ml clear PVC vision panel provides improved visibility and light transmission. The door operates within a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track and is reinforced with aluminum wind stiffeners for added durability. Its bottom breakaway bar enables the door to detach from the tracks upon impact, preventing damage. Installation is straightforward with in-jamb mounting, which requires 4" of space on each side and 9" of space above the jamb, along with a minimum jamb depth of 8". The door is powered by a motorized lift utilizing a 115V 1-phase in-tube electric motor, capable of operating at a speed of 14" per second and rated for 8 to 10 cycles per hour.
