TMI Screen-Pro™ roll-up bug door insect barrier enhances employee comfort and productivity while allowing light penetration, making it ideal as an all-season warehouse and dock door. This innovative design features modular, interchangeable door panels that promote energy savings and create a more comfortable work environment. The door is constructed from 22 oz PVC coated vinyl, effectively keeping cold and heat out of the facility. The safety blue door panels serve to block wind, dust, and noise while also deterring potential trespassers. Each door operates within a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track, reinforced with aluminum wind stiffeners for additional protection. The bottom breakaway bar allows the door to disconnect from the tracks upon impact, preventing damage to the screen. Installation is straightforward with in-jamb mounting, which requires a minimum jamb depth of 8" and occupies 4" of space on each side and 9" above the jamb. The door is actuated by a motorized lift utilizing a 115V 1-phase in-tube electric motor, capable of operating at speeds of up to 14" per second and rated for 8 to 10 cycles per hour.
