The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with glass door(s) and gray painted sides, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum with coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control includes a digital display of cabinet temperatures with status indicators and a keypad for adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system has an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. A unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform distribution of airflow, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Door options include glass or half-glass configurations, featuring energy-efficient "Low-E" double pane thermal glass, anti-microbial handles, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and positive seal self-closing mechanisms with a 120° stay open feature. The magnetic door gaskets are of one-piece construction and removable without tools for easy cleaning. Each section includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, adjustable in ½" increments, with four shelf clips included per shelf. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation.
