The UCRD Series offers a 29" depth versatile and compact model designed for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products, featuring a working height of 34 1/2". The cabinet is constructed with heavy-duty exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. Its interior liner is composed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. The cabinets with doors and drawers feature cartridge-style hinges that allow doors to self-close and stay open at 120°, and facilitate easy removal for cleaning. Each door includes a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. Standard 6" high casters, two of which have brakes, provide mobility. The drawer construction includes heavy-duty stainless steel frames supported by telescoping drawer slides, which feature a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. Upper pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, while lower pull-out drawers can hold two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports provided. Foodservice pans for drawers are not included. Each drawer also has a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal and extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system uses R134A refrigerant regulated by a capillary tube system, featuring an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The interior's forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils creates an optimal environment for food preservation. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for easy connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and come with an 8' long cord and plug set.
