The UCRD Series offers versatile and compact refrigerated storage solutions with a depth of 29 inches, designed specifically for under-counter use. The working height is 34 1/2 inches, featuring heavy-duty cabinet construction with exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum and includes a standard interior thermometer. Doors, mounted on cartridge-style hinges, allow for self-closing functionality and can be opened to a 120° angle, facilitating easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, while cabinet insulation is comprised of CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit stands on standard 6" high casters, two of which include brakes, ensuring mobility and stability. Drawer frames are made from heavy-duty stainless steel and mounted on heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The upper pull-out drawers can accommodate 6" deep pans and the lower pull-out drawers can hold two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports included (foodservice pans not included). Each drawer features a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal and extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system employs R134A refrigerant governed by a capillary tube system, with an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator included. The interior forced-air system, equipped with high humidity evaporator coils, creates an optimal environment for food preservation. The electrical components are pre-wired for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set are included.
