The UCRD Series features 32" depth versatile, compact models designed for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products, with a working height of 34 1/2". Constructed with heavy-duty exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, the cabinet's back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, while the interior liner consists of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum. An interior thermometer is standard, and cabinets equipped with doors and drawers utilize cartridge-style hinges that allow the doors to self-close and remain open at 120°, facilitating easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is fitted with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. Standard features include 6" high casters, two of which have brakes. The drawer frames are built from heavy-duty stainless steel and supported by heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides that include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental dislodgment. The upper pull-out drawers are designed to accommodate 6" deep pans, while the lower drawers are suitable for two 4" deep pans, and heavy-duty pan divider supports are provided (foodservice pans are not included). A snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket ensures a positive seal on each drawer, which extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system employs R134A refrigerant managed by a capillary tube system, complemented by an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The interior forced-air system, featuring high humidity evaporator coils, creates an optimal environment for food preservation. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory, ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
