The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front and gray painted sides, with an anodized aluminum interior and coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system includes a digital display of cabinet temperatures, status indicators, and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is a top mount balanced design with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, complemented by an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency and a unique down draft airflow system that ensures uniform distribution of airflow and maintains product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. It utilizes an environmentally friendly (CFC and HCFC-free) R134A refrigerant. Door configurations include options for solid or half-solid doors, with standard anti-microbial door handles and locks, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay open feature. Additionally, the cabinet includes plug-in magnetic door gaskets that are made of one-piece construction and removable without tools for easy cleaning. Each section is equipped with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, adjustable in ½" increments, and includes four shelf clips per shelf for field installation, with the option for four interior pan slide kits available for installation. The model is also enhanced with an incandescent interior lighting system.
