The Beverage Air UCF27AY undercounter unit is a versatile and compact model designed for undercounter and worktop applications for frozen storage of food products, measuring 29" deep and 34-1/2" high. The heavy-duty cabinet construction features exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum and includes a standard interior thermometer. The cabinets are insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and the sub-top is insulated with 1-1/2" foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The doors are mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges with a 120° stay-open feature and include low voltage, anticondensate heaters. Equipped with a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, the doors also feature a convenient double pull style door handle made of black anodized aluminum. The unit comes standard with 6" high casters, two of which include brakes. An 8' cord set is provided with the 115-volt models, and the cabinet interior includes 2 steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section. The refrigeration system utilizes forced air with a capillary tube to meter refrigerant, and automatic electric defrost is standard. Additionally, it includes an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The electrical units are wired at the factory and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an included 8' long cord and plug set.
