The UCRD Series features 29" depth versatile and compact models designed for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products, with a working height of 34 1/2". The cabinet boasts heavy-duty construction, incorporating exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Cabinets with doors and drawers have doors mounted to the face of the cabinet on cartridge-style hinges that allow for self-closing under their own weight, stay open at 120°, and facilitate easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door features a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. Insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit comes with 6" high casters, two of which include brakes. Drawer frames are made from heavy-duty stainless steel, supported by heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides with a locking mechanism to prevent removal. The upper pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, while the lower drawers hold two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports provided. A snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket is attached to each drawer for sealing, and drawers extend 23" when opened. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant managed by a capillary tube system, with an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator included. An interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils ensures optimal food preservation. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
