The UCRD Series features versatile, compact models with a 32" depth, designed for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products, with a working height of 34 1/2". The cabinet construction includes heavy-duty exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is composed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. In cabinets featuring doors and drawers, the doors are mounted on cartridge-style hinges that allow for self-closing, remain open at 120°, and enable easy removal for maintenance. Each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. Standard features include 6" high casters, two of which have brakes. The drawer construction consists of heavy-duty stainless steel frames supported by heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides to maximize support for the stored food products, equipped with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The upper pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, while the lower pull-out drawers fit two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports provided, although foodservice pans are not included. Additionally, each drawer includes a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal and extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant regulated by a capillary tube system, featuring an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. An interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils ensures optimal food preservation conditions. The electrical units are wired at the factory and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
