The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, and an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners, while being insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. It is equipped with an electronic control system that includes a digital display of cabinet temperatures, status indicators, and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system is designed with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, and it features an automatic evaporation system to enhance energy efficiency. A unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform distribution of airflow throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly (CFC and HCFC-free) R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers a choice of solid door or half-solid door configurations, with anti-microbial door handles and locks standard, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and positive seal self-closing door(s) that have a 120° stay open feature. Plug-in magnetic door gaskets with one-piece construction make cleaning easy. Each section includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, adjustable in ½" increments, with four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation, as well as four interior pan slide kits available for field installation. Additionally, the model features incandescent interior lighting.
