The UCRD Series includes versatile, compact models with a depth of 29 inches for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products, featuring a working height of 34 1/2 inches. The heavy-duty cabinet construction has exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. The doors, mounted on cartridge-style hinges, self-close under their own weight, open to 120°, and allow for easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door has a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. It features 6-inch high casters with two brakes. The drawer frames are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, supported on heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides that include a locking mechanism to prevent drawers from being pulled off the cabinets. The upper pull-out drawers can accommodate 6-inch deep pans while the lower pull-out drawers can handle two 4-inch deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports provided (foodservice pans not included). Each drawer is sealed with a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket and extends 23 inches when opened. The refrigeration system uses R134A refrigerant, governed by a capillary tube system, and includes an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. An interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils ensures optimal food preservation. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an included 8-foot long cord and plug set.
