UCR-Series undercounter units are versatile, compact models designed for undercounter and worktop applications for refrigerated storage of food products, measuring 29 inches deep and 34-1/2 inches high. The cabinet construction features heavy-duty materials, including exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is composed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Cabinets are insulated with 2 inches of thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, with the sub-top insulated by 1-1/2 inches of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Self-closing, cartridge-style hinges with a 120° stay-open feature mount the doors, which include a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal. The units are equipped with a convenient double pull-style door handle made of black anodized aluminum, and standard 6-inch high casters, two of which include brakes. An 8-foot cord set is provided with 115-volt models, and the cabinet interior features two steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section. Glass door models come with an interior light and manual switch for added convenience. The refrigeration system operates with R134A refrigerant, utilizing a capillary tube system, and includes an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The interior forced-air system, enhanced with high humidity evaporator coils, ensures ideal food preservation, and electrical units are factory-wired for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an included 8-foot long cord and plug set.
