The UCRD Series is a 29" depth versatile, compact refrigeration unit designed for under-counter storage of food products, featuring a working height of 34 1/2". The cabinet is constructed with heavy-duty materials, including exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is composed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer comes standard. The doors, mounted on cartridge-style hinges, self-close and can remain open at 120° for easy access, and feature a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. Insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. Standard 6" high casters, with two including brakes, provide mobility. The drawer construction features heavy-duty stainless steel frames supported by heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides, which include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The upper pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, while the lower drawers can hold two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports supplied. Foodservice pans for drawers are not included. Each drawer includes a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal and extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system employs R134A refrigerant governed by a capillary tube system and is equipped with an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The unit features an interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils to create an ideal environment for food preservation. The electrical components are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
